What price range were you planning?

e will analyze list prices, including original list price, successive price drops, days on market, competition, outstanding loan amounts and apparent seller motivation.

Specific location?  We have analyzed most all neighborhoods from Prescott to Sedona.  We can answer questions you may have about specific requirements and save you time.

Size and amenities? 
There is more to value then a simple "price per square foot" figure.  We 
breakdown the individual aspects of a property that bring value.  It is often said market value is what a 
knowledgeable Buyer is willing to pay for a property...we know market value to be what a Lender is willing to loan on a property.


Condition and quality?
  Almost daily we analyze the condition and quality of construction of properties that have sold or that are listed for sale.  Although we are not contractors or inspectors, we have experience viewing properties and could give our opinion on individual properties.  Some may be looking for a fixer upper while others do not want to put money or work into their new home.


Bank owned or just good deals?  We know which areas have been impacted by Bank Owned sales and can help keep you from overpaying for a property.
